AEBSF HCl (CAS 30827-99-7) is an irreversible inhibitor of serine proteases including trypsin, chymotrypsin, plasmin, plasma kallikrein and thrombin. Stable, non-toxic and water-soluble alternative to PMSF.1 Typical working concentrations are 0.1-1 mg/ml. May be used in cell culture or in cell lysis buffers.  Inhibits NADPH oxidase activation.2
