m-3M3FBS (200933-14-8) is an activator of phospholipase C (PLC). Stimulates superoxide generation, Ca2+ release and inositol phosphate release in a variety of cell types.1 Inhibits growth of U937 and THP-1 cells.2 m-3M3FBS also affects calcium homeostasis independently of PLC activation.3
