Phenylbutyrate Na (1716-12-7) is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. Inhibits proliferation, migration and invasion of a number of cancer cell lines. Phenylbutyrate Na induces differentiation, and apoptosis. Active in vivo.
