Erucamide (112-84-5) is an endogenous fatty acid amide.  It was able to ameliorate depression and anxiety-like behaviors in several mouse models.  Significantly lowered levels of circulating adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CORT) suggesting a mechanism of action involving modulation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis.
