Etoposide | Topoisomerase II inhibitor

Etoposide (33419-42-0) is a chemotherapeutic agent that forms a ternary complex with DNA and topoisomerase II, preventing re-ligation of DNA strands causing DNA cleavage. Etoposide blocks the cell cycle in S-phase and G2-phase.
