Sulindac Sulfide | NFkB inhibitor

Sulindac sulfide (32004-67-4) is the active metabolite of cyclooxygenase inhibitor sulindac.1 Strongly inhibits Ras induced malignant transformation and Ras/Raf dependent transactivation.2 Sulindac sulfide induces apoptosis in cancer cells via PDE5 inhibition.3,4 Modulates beta-cetenin mediated effects.5
