3-Aminobenzamide (3544-24-9) inhibits endogenous poly-ADP-ribosyltransferases.1 Inhibits nitric oxide-induced apoptosis but not differentiation in HL-60 cells.2 Inhibits stress-induced apoptosis.3 3-Aminobenzamide has been shown to protect cells from oxygen radical and nitric oxide toxicity.4
