HA-100·2HCl (85568-24-6) inhibits the following kinases  PKG (IC50=4 mM), PKA (IC50=8 mM), PKC (IC50=12 mM).1 Increases human fibroblast reprogramming efficiency with PD0325901, CHIR99021, A83-01 and hLIF.2 Improves single cell survival and supports high cloning efficiency in human pluripotent stem cells.3
