IDE2 (1136466-93-7) induces robust differentiation of embryonic stem cells into endoderm (EC50 = 223 nM) in both mouse and human cells via activation of the TGFß signaling pathway.It was able to induce definitive endoderm in mouse embryonic stem cells in a protocol to create lung alveolar epithelial cells.2
