MS012 (2089617-83-2) is a highly potent (IC50 = 7 nM) and selective (140-fold over the related lysine methyltransferase G9a) inhibitor of G9a-Like Protein (GLP) Lysine Methyltransferase. It was also selective for GLP over a panel of 29 other methyltransferases.
