SKPin C1 (432001-69-9) inhibits the cullin-RING ubiquitin E3 ligase SCF-Skp2. Selectively inhibits Skp2-mediated p27 degradation by reducing p27 binding. In cancer cells the compound induces p27 accumulation and promotes cell type-specific blocks in G1 or G2/M phases.1,2
