ATX968 (2973395-71-8) is a potent (EC50’s: 3 nM ATPase; 60 nM circBRIP1), selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of DExH-box helicase 9 (DHX9; RNA helicase A), an important regulator of transcription, translation, and genomic stability.1 ATX968 selectively kills microsatellite instable colorectal cancer cells with deficient mismatch repair, but not microsatellite stable cells with proficient mismatch repair.2 Active in mouse xenograft (LS411N and SW480) models of microsatellite instable colorectal cancer.
