dHuR-2 (3040299-84-8) is a molecular glue degrader (CRBN binding affinity: IC50 = 160 nM; HuR degradation potency: DC50 = 3.8 nM) of the RNA-binding protein human antigen R (HuR).1 HuR is involved in tumor growth, invasion, angiogenesis, and drug resistance. dHuR-2 displayed efficacy in BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer cell lines without affecting wild-type. Active in vivo in Colo205 xenograft mice. It also inhibited BRAF inhibitor-resistant cell lines and synergized with BRAF inhibitors.
