EV-96 is a cysteine-reactive immunosuppressive agent that suppresses T cell activation (EC50 <2.5 µM) via inhibition of NF-kB activation and degradation of key immune-relevant proteins including ITK, TEC, and CYTIP.1 EV-96 suppresses T cell activation by inhibiting the splicing factor SF3B1.2
