GANT-61 (500579-04-4) inhibits the Hedgehog pathway downstream of SMO and SUFU1,2.  Inhibits GLI1 and GLI-2 induced transcription and causes GLI1 accumulation in the nucleus. 3  Inhibits pluripotency-maintaining factors Nanog, Oct4, Sox-2 and cMyc and inhibits pancreatic cancer stem cell growth in various models.4
