HOIPIN-8 (2519537-70-1) is a potent inhibitor of the linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex (LUBAC), IC50=11 nM.1   HOIPIN-8 suppresses proinflammatory cytokine-induced canonical NF-kB pathway as well as various pathogen-associated molecular pattern-induced antiviral pathways.2 It is a useful tool to assist in unraveling the physiological functions of LUBAC.3,4
