A specific inhibitor of importin α/β-mediated nuclear import with no effect on a range of other nuclear import pathways.1   Displays potent antiviral activity against HIV-1, dengue1, corona2 and other viruses. Clinically useful broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent.3
