JQ1-PA (2115701-93-2) is an alkyne-linked analog of the BET-bromodomain inhibitor JQ1. It can be used to create PROTACs targeting BET-bromodomains by click-conjugating with various E3 ligase ligands. It can also be click-conjugated to fluorescent dyes for imaging applications. JQ1-PA can be used to harness BET-bromodomain nuclear import activity. When conjugated to an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO), it enhances nuclear accumulation which drives increased potency and efficacy of ASOs.2
