L-755,507 (159182-43-1) is a very potent (EC50 = 0.43 nM; IC50 = 13 nM) human ß3 adrenergic receptor agonist with >440-fold selectivity of ß1/2.1 It elicited lipolysis and metabolic rate elevation in rhesus monkeys.2 L-755,507 has been shown to increase homology-directed repair efficiency by 2- and 3-fold in CRISPR gene editing.3,4
