LDC1267 (1361030-48-9) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the TAM kinases Tyro3, Axl, and Mer (IC50s respectively: 8 nM, <5 nM, 29 nM).1 It was able to activate the innate immune system and enhance NK killer cell activity to kill cancer metastases in vivo.
