NDI-091143 (2375840-87-0) is a potent (IC50 = 2.1 nM ADP-Glo assay; 4.8 nM Oxaloacetate coupled enzyme assay) allosteric inhibitor of ATP-citrate lyase.1 NDI-091143 suppressed growth and clonogenic ability in thyroid cancer cell lines FTC-133 and 8505C.2 It also synergistically potentiated the cytotoxicity of sorafenib.2
