NGI-189 (2763063-26-7) is a second generation (NGI-1) oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) inhibitor (IC50 = 90 nM) with preference for OST-A over OST-B.  It prevented N-glycosylation of EGFR mutant NSCLC cells and was tolerated in vivo. NGI-189 prevented tumor growth in YU-006 and YU-101 NSCLC tumor xenograft models.
