Sevabertinib (BAY-2927088) was developed by Bayer Pharmaceuticals in close collaboration with the Broad, and is the first FDA-approved drug from the long-standing Broad-Bayer oncology research alliance. Sevabertinib (Hyrnuo) received accelerated FDA approval on November 19 for adults with non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer that has specific HER2 tyrosine kinase-activating domain mutations.
