OTUDin3 (441290-65-9) is a potent inhibitor of the deubiquitinase OTUD3, a member of the ovarian tumor proteases which plays a key role in tumorigenesis, neurodegeneration, metabolism, and immunity.  It inhibited non-small cell lung cancer growth, migration, and invasion via enhancing the ubiquitination and degradation of the anti-apoptotic protein GRP78.  OTUDin3 inhibited lung cancer growth in an H1299 mouse xenograft model.
