STF-118804 (894187-61-2) is a potent and selective next generation inhibitor of nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase (NAMPT), inhibiting NAD+ biosynthesis from nicotinamide.1 It reduced the viability of most B-ALL cells with high potency (low nM range), eliminates leukemia stem cells from mouse bone marrow, and induces regression of ALL xenografts.1 It induces apoptosis and reduced neuroblastoma stem cell neurosphere formation in high-risk neuroblastoma cell lines.2 STF-118804 reduces the growth of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells.3
