STING degrader 1 (2762552-74-7) is a CRBN-based PROTAC degrader that recruits the cereblon-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase to direct the proteasomal degradation of the Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING). This degrader was designed by coupling C-170, a small molecule STING inhibitor with pomalidomide via a C-6 linker. It selectively degrades STING with a DC50=3.2 µM.1 It displays antiinflammatory activity in a cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury mouse model.1 Caution: May be teratogenic. Pregnant women should avoid all contact with this substance.
