Thapsigargin (67526-95-8) is a potent inhibitor of sarco-endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ -ATPase.1 (IC50= 30 nM) Induces endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy in a variety of cell lines.2 Warning: Thapsigargin is highly irritating to skin and mucus membranes.
