WX-02-37 (3020765-61-8) is an allosteric, covalent SARM1 (Sterile alpha and TIR motif containing 1) inhibitor (IC50 = 1.5 µM). It inhibited SARM1-dependent cADPR production in the human cell lines SH-SY5Y and 22Rv1. WX-02-37 protected mice from vacor- and vincristine-induced neurite degeneration.
