YL-365 is a potent (IC50 = 17 nM) and selective antagonist of GPR34, a GPCR for lysophosphatidylserine.1 GPR34 is highly expressed in various immune cells and has been implicated in several types of cancer.2  YL-365 showed no activity against various other GPCRs as well as a panel of 378 kinases.  It alleviated hyperalgesia in a mouse model of neuropathic pain via downregulation of iNOS in M1 microglia without any toxicity.
