Cancer Cell Metabolism Library
The Intelliscreen Cancer Cell Metabolism Library was designed in conjunction with the Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC). The library contains over 125 modulators of all aspects of cellular metabolism to study the relationship between metabolic systems, cellular function and human disease.
Aspects of metabolism modulated by compounds in the library include: Glucose Metabolism, Complex Carbohydrate Metabolism Glutamate/Glutamine Metabolism, Metabolic Kinases Glutathione Homeostasis, Sphingolipid Metabolism Polyamine Metabolism, Lipid Metabolism Transsulfuration, Eicosanoid Metabolism Nucleotide Biosynthesis, Lipid Signaling Mitochondrial Metabolism.
Compounds are supplied in either DMSO or water as dictated by solubility. The compound list indicates the solvent for each particular compound.
