Decitabine (2353-33-5) inhibits DNA methyltransferase. Induces demethylation and reactivation of silenced genes. Increases stem cell reprogramming efficiency. Decitabine stimulates osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cells. Antitumor agent. Cell permeable.
