FOCUS on Drug Approvals. On June 11th, the FDA approved Taletrectinib (Ibtrozi, Nuvation Bio Inc) for adults with locally advanced or metastatic, ROS1-positive, non-small cell lung cancer. Taletrectinib is an oral, potent, CNS-active, selective, next generation ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits ROS1 G2032R and other crizotinib-resistant mutants.
