FOCUS on Drug Approvals. On June 23rd, the FDA approved datopotamab deruxtecan-dlnk (AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo’s Datroway) for non-small cell lung cancer. The antibody-drug conjugate (or ADC) comprises a humanized anti-TROP2 monoclonal antibody (datopotamab) and topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan with a cleavable tetrapeptide-based linker (deruxtecan).
